Swing and Blues has given me a space where I could be myself and express myself in a fun and energetic way. I have friends ouside who love swing dancing as well, and I believe all gatherings wouldn't be as fun without them. Swing is a social dance. To improve your technique you need to dance with multiple people. Social swing dancing grows social skills and interaction quality.
